Human Resources/Personnel Directors Committee

Comprised of the Human Resource or Personnel Director from the member institutions and the branch campuses of The University of Cincinnati and Miami University, this group traditionally communicates throughout the year to sponsor staff development events.  The goals of the Human Resources/Personnel Directors Committee are to:

• provide a networking opportunity for human resource professionals at GCCCU member institutions;
• provide a forum for human resource professionals to discuss issues current in the field of Human Resource and higher education; 
• facilitate collaboration amongst the human resource professionals at GCCCU member institutions;
• to assist members in responding to questions posed by their colleagues as well as offering suggestions how to address a particular human resource related issue;
• promote the exchange of ideas related to human resources to benefit students, faculty and staff at member institutions,
• provide assistance and advice in areas of common concern related to human resource;
• cooperate to provide professional development opportunities for faculty and staff at GCCCU member institutions.
