Faculty Development Networking Group

Comprised of faculty development professionals from the member institutions and the branch campuses of The University of Cincinnati and Miami University, this group traditionally communicates throughout the year to sponsor staff development events.  The goals of the Faculty Development Committee are to:

• provide a networking opportunity for faculty development professionals at GCCCU member institutions;
• provide a forum for faculty development professionals to discuss issues related to faculty development and higher education; 
• facilitate collaboration amongst the faculty development professionals at GCCCU member institutions;
• to assist members in responding to questions posed by their colleagues as well as offering suggestions how to address a particular faculty development related issue;
• promote the exchange of ideas related to faculty development to benefit students, faculty and staff at member institutions,
• provide assistance and advice in areas of common concern related to faculty development;
• provide feedback and support to the GCCCU Executive Director and committees on events related to faculty development.
