Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees is the governing body for GCCCU which consists of the president, chief executive, or designated representative of each institutional member.  In the Board of Trustees had the authority to approve all policies, programs, and activities of GCCCU.

The Board meets in October and April of each year. 

From its membership, the Board elects an Executive Committee to serve as the officers of GCCCU.  The officers are a Chair and Vice Chair plus at least three other At-Large Members.  The membership of the Executive Committee should represent the diversity of types of institutions comprising the GCCCU membership.  Each officer is elected to a two year term which begins and ends with the April meeting of the Board of Trustees.
